Wright Brothers' eOrder system provides our customers with an easy, web-based order entry and tracking system that can be accessed 24/7. Quotation requests, production orders, and shipping releases may be placed online. Packing slips are sent electronically. Communication regarding new product development may be sent online. Graphic images, scanned paper images, and CAD drawings may be attached to the electronic file to define and request a sample for a new box. Wright Brothers' eOrder system provides a secure environment; ensuring that confidentiality is maintained. Delivery is a vital facet of total quality management. Wright Brothers provides flexible just-in-time delivery. We have our own trucking fleet as well as long term relationships with established transportation companies. Warehousing is a vital facet of total quality management. Wright Brothers has the warehouse capacity to offer customers the option of ordering up to a years packaging requirements. Customers may then release product from that blanket order or on an as-needed basis.
